1. Return Timeframe
You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
3. Non-Returnable Products
We do not accept returns on:
-Opened pet food or treats
-Clearance or sale items
-Customized or special order products
4. Return Process
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
6. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
